Unlike other bicycle engines that mount in the center of your frame, friction drive motors mount directly over your wheel, which gives you a wider range of bicycles you can use with this motor.

It mounts over your bike's wheel you don't even need to install a rear drive sprocket: the friction from the mount's drive shaft will pull your wheel using friction to rub against the tire and propel.
